Reminiscent of a fashion boutique, the stores radiate beauty, femininity and strength and meet the exact needs of customers who seek and find expert advice at Fina & Liv during and after cancer treatment. Sensitive topics such as breast care, compression and wigs are confidently presented in the shop window and on the shop floor.
The room is designed to be friendly and open, while at the same time offering privacy: Circular acoustic curtains are drawn to form spacious cubicles and create a private space for consultation, fitting and try-on if required.
The clear arrangement of the product walls and the uncluttered product presentation encourages customers to discover the range and familiarise themselves with it. The shopping experience is supported by complementary wellness and beauty accessories, which intentionally shift the focus in some places and give women a feeling of appreciation and normality at the same time.
