The Fina & Liv concept stores in Munich, Leipzig and Stuttgart do away with conventional notions of a medical supply store. Sterile sobriety gives way to a genuine feel-good atmosphere. Reminiscent of a fashion boutique, the stores radiate beauty, femininity and strength and meet the exact needs of customers who seek and find expert advice at Fina & Liv during and after cancer treatment. Sensitive topics such as breast care, compression and wigs are confidently presented in the shop window and on the shop floor.
The room is designed to be friendly and open, while at the same time offering privacy: Circular acoustic curtains are drawn to form spacious cubicles and create a private space for consultation, fitting and try-on if required.
The clear arrangement of the product walls and the uncluttered product presentation encourages customers to discover the range and familiarise themselves with it. The shopping experience is supported by complementary wellness and beauty accessories, which intentionally shift the focus in some places and give women a feeling of appreciation and normality at the same time.
The colours used – rosé, green and copper – envelop the stores in a velvety ambience, which is further emphasised by the wallpaper with large floral motifs. The linear furniture design, the tiles on the checkout counter and the graphic patterns on parts of the walls add a modern accent that rounds off the overall look. Fina & Liv translates the idea of a new attitude to life into a subtle store design.
