If everything is right for you up to this point, you are giving the starting signal for creative planning.

After familiarising ourselves with the building law documents, we start with the first creative preliminary draft before we go into detail with our interdisciplinary team of architects, interior designers, lighting and specialist planners. We flesh out the design in close consultation with you and clarify whether it is eligible for approval. When everything is in place and nothing wobbles, we will prepare the building application and submit it to your municipality with your signature and all the necessary forms and drawings.

As soon as the building permit is received, we start with the constructive planning and create the master plan for the complete construction. We go into further detail and take the next step with materials and colours, giving you extensive advice on the optimal selection. We also determine the schedule for the individual construction phases. Now there’s not much left until the excavator rolls in the next step!

When it comes to implementation, you have the choice: If you commission us as general contractor, we can manage the entire construction project for you if you wish – from the first excavator bite to the last flower pot. We monitor the construction progress, coordinate the various trades and hold the reins until the keys are handed over. So that everything runs as you imagine and you don’t have to worry about anything.
