What do we love about Schöffel? Strong values, combined with high-quality outdoor products. And sustainability in practice – right to the end. The question of whether or not to have a sustainable store design has become superfluous with this project.
You will look in vain for Plexiglas or plastic here. Rather: wooden components and shelves made from local wood. Even the concrete elements are not real. Real? Yes, not real. It’s wafer-thin concrete on wallpaper. German wallpaper. The sustainable trick is that the concrete wallpaper can be dismantled and reused.
Now to the design. The familiar Schöffel look is sporty, fresh, bright and homely. Nevertheless, every Schöffel store has its very own character. The showroom in Munich is characterized by the reuse of trade fair furniture.
Of course, there were also a few unique pieces from our manufactory. This resulted in the first challenge: the interplay between new furniture and existing components had to fit. And, of course, there had to be space: for hanging and flat-packed items, work and meeting tables, as well as for a fixed workstation. And we did it! The result is a look that makes you want to go out.
