A celebration on a September day. A bit rainy, but we’re all still carrying the warmth of those sunny days within us. A buzz of voices, punctuated by the clinking of glasses, and right in the middle of it all, a huge inflatable whale. The Pop-hub run by ARTHELPS in Stuttgart, a creative organisation that has been supporting and inspiring us for many years.
There, inside the belly of the whale, we’re meeting up for a creative workshop with Hannah and Peter from ARTHELPS. There are no rules, no limits. Just a black pen, a roll of paper several metres long – and an invitation to get started. We draw, hatch, doodle and experiment. From a tiny dot, shapes, lines and ideas emerge. And in the end, everything flows into one big whole – filling the space on the paper.
Now, in December, you can see the result. All those lines, patterns and shapes have been turned into postcards. Little works of art, born of ideas and a sense of community. Each card embodies a part of this – and, in the end, the cards come together to form a greater whole. A little piece of space as a Christmas greeting for all our customers, partners and friends, to whom we feel a deep connection. For us, spaces are not just created by walls, materials or building materials. They are created by encounters, ideas and what we share with one another.
