The new showroom design is based on subtle structures and neutral colours, yet is delicate and feminine. The showroom exudes the vibe of a New York loft – far above the rooftops! Not only the glass façade contributes to this, but also the spacious room concept.
Katharina Brinkmann, interdisciplinary interior design
The space is divided up by room-in-room solutions consisting of curtains and loft windows in black powder-coated frames. The merchandise racks (bars) also match the loft look with their purist design and black blast glaze surface.
One showroom, many rooms. Visitors are welcomed at the coffee bar or on the roof terrace. From the welcome area, it’s off to the showroom to discover the latest trends and collections. Orders are then placed in private – behind the soundproof curtain in the order garages. In the room next door, on the staging island with advertising display, customers can find fashion inspiration. The entire showroom concept is equipped with loose furniture and can therefore be converted for events. For a fashion show, for example. This has also been considered: Make-up mirrors for the models are installed in the store.
More than just showroom design! This project is the result of concentrated Knobi potential: Bars and merchandise tables from our in-house metalworking and paint shop, oak slatted service kitchen from our joinery, curtains sewn by our interior decorators… and…
There was support too! We would like to thank our partner roomly for the ingenious development of the magnetic loft walls including removable glass elements.
