The new shop on the market square in Günzburg exudes an impression of self-confidence: The former pharmacy now has the appearance of a modern urban industrial loft. Attributes of a chic New York boutique have been united with traditional architecture in a confidently stylish manner. Rusty metal stands and furniture – all constructed from old cabinets – combine with a cross vault painted in a light colour to achieve a freely interpreted industrial look that has a personal touch.
Brown pharmacist’s jars decorate the shop in caring homage to the former use of the premises. Metal frames and wooden boxes are used throughout the shop to create a continuous theme and are rearranged according to the situation. Impressive portraits of women by photo artist Mandy Schulte underline the unmistakable character of this extraordinary store.
