Konrad Knoblauch GmbH is one of the leading retail shop-fitting companies and offers, according to requirements, a complete or individual solution from design and planning to production and installation. Additionally the innovative company acts as a general contractor.
Since the company was founded in 1909 the Konrad Knoblauch GmbH has become internationally active and an owner-operated shop-fitting specialist in textile, sport and outdoor range installations. The focus in recent years has additionally included gastronomy and single objects.
About 140 employees create creative and unusual furnishing concepts at the company headquarters in Markdorf near the Lake of Constance. Including creative design, detailed planning, as well as project management and intensive and personal customer service.
In-house production for wood and metal processing together with a constantly modernised machine park on an area of 4000 m² producing the highest level of quality draft designs from our own design team or external designers. Installation and on-site installation are part of the portfolio.
"Our aspiration, to work reliably with the customer and where possible to take the workload off their hands – and often the aggravation – is the reason we find ourselves working more and more as a general contractor” explains Jürgen Zahn. The CEO wants to, through a well thought-out choice of products depending on customer requirements, secure and expand the market position of Konrad Knoblauch GmbH. The introduction of the “Knoblauch Edition” pays tribute to the fact that we value customer proximity and the joy of design. Creative and high-quality furniture and accessories are developed, produced and distributed in small editions. "I would like that for myself at home", Konrad Knoblauch GmbH's customers often enthuse about shop interiors or individual pieces of furniture. "Eventually we came up with the idea to fulfil this wish" remembers Jürgen Zahn, initiator of the "Knoblauch Edition" the exclusive furniture sold at affordable prices to private customers.
